Нет такой отрасли, где личные качества, как наиболее показательный компонент успешной деятельности, рано или поздно, не доминировали бы.
В нашем случае это самое приоритетное требование. У нас так много ярких примеров наших коллег и бывших коллег, чей похвальный рост в карьере говорит в пользу такого подхода к управлению человеческими ресурсами (персоналом). A payment request, in a form of a link is sent to the customer via preferable for him communication channel – SMS, E-mail, Viber, WhatsApp, Skype, Messenger, etc.

Говоря о трендах, я бы сказала, что одним из первых является настоящий опыт местной жизни. Это также представляет угрозу для отелей, потому что многие туристы используют AirBnB. Одной из причин может быть то, что оно более доступно, но также и потому, что оно дает вам возможность испытать подлинный опыт образа местной жизни, которое вы посещаете. Отели должны быть действительно креативными, чтобы догнать эту тенденцию. На днях моя подруга путешествовала из Москвы в Санкт-Петербург на выходные, и забронировала квартиру со своей семьей по гораздо более высокой цене, чем в отеле. Когда я спросила почему, она ответила: «Мы хотели почувствовать себя жителями квартиры в центре города и пожить жизнью местных жителей». Я не большая поклонница AirBnB, но воспользовалась им, путешествуя однажды в Вену, и, если честно, это был отличный опыт местной жизни.

Talking about the trends, I would say that one of the first ones is the true local experience. This also is a threat to hotels because many tourists use Airbnb. One reason for this might be because it is more affordable but also because it gives you an opportunity to experience an authentic way of life in the location you are visiting. Hotels need to be really creative to catch up with this trend. The other day I had a friend traveling from Moscow to St. Petersburg for a weekend and she booked an apartment with her family for an actually much higher price than a hotel. When I asked: “Why?” She responded: “We wanted to feel living in an apartment in the city center and experience the life of the locals.” I am not a huge fan of Airbnb, but I tried it when traveling to Vienna once and, to be honest, that was a great local experience.

Tourism Committee, Ministry of Economy of RA

In parallel with the growth of the tourism sector in Yerevan, the hotel industry is undergoing interesting changes as well. Hotels are being built both in the capital and the regional tourism destinations. Though hotel construction, recently, responds to decentralized (regional) tourism policies, Yerevan still maintains a leading position and brand-new hotels continue to grow in the capital, including the international hotel chains. It is noteworthy that more than a third of hotels in Armenia is located in the capital. Especially in the midst of the high season, the hotels are often overcrowded.

HOTELIER Magazine – 3rd issue

The Hotelier LLC presented the third issue of its “Hotelier Magazine” which covers the ever-growing hospitality industry in Armenia and not only. The event took place at HYATT Place Yerevan and it brought together over 110 hotel industry executives, representatives of adjacent spheres both governmental and private. Stanisav Stojcic, the general manager of HYATT Place, Yerevan, as well as Tatevik Revazyan, Chair of Civil Aviation Committee of RA, opened the event with remarks and spoke of the importance of having such an initiative bring together the whole industry and contribute to its development in Armenia.
