Первое, что я бы хотела отметить, это то, что конкуренция в Ереване сегодня очень открытая и находится на сотрудническом уровне как никогда раньше. И это большое достижение для всех нас в сфере, так как это помогает преодолевать препятствия и вызовы сферы вместе. Доказательством этого является восстановление деятельности Ассоциации Отелей Армении в середине этого года. А в общей сложности, конкуренция - это отличный толчок для саморазвития и развития рынка. Что же касается особенностей нашего отеля, я бы с уверенностью отметила то, что отель Република – это бутик-отель. У нас ограниченная площадь по сравнению с большими отелями, но мы постарались создать незабываемую атмосферу для наших гостей, предоставить душевное обслуживание, индивидуальный подход на самом высоком уровне. Мы также стремимся к позиционированию нашего отеля в качестве гастро-отеля.

The first thing I would like to state is that the competition in Yerevan today is very open-minded and cooperative as it has never been before. And it’s a great achievement of all of us in the market since that helps to figure out obstacles and challenges together. The proof of that is the re-establishment of the Armenian Hotel Association in the mid of this year. That means that the hotels are in healthy competition for each niche. In reality, competition pushes for nothing more but self-development and development of the market. Coming back to the specifications of our hotel, I would definitely mention the boutique style of Republica. We have relatively limited space, but we did the best to create an unforgettable atmosphere for our guests, to deliver hearty service, individual approach, tailor-made services’ scope. Also, we are aiming for a gastro-hotel positioning.

With this mindset 3 years ago I started my career with Marriott International as a Sales Executive in Armenia Marriott and now I am here in Courtyard Pushkin Saint Petersburg as a Senior Sales Manager.
